Body: Bare brushed 1.5mmm aluminium (3003 grade), hand formed over bucks using traditional tools and English Wheel.
Chassis. Cold drawn seamless tube (3.2mm wall thickness), jig assembled to original drawing dimensions.
Shot blasted, etch primed and powder coated.
Double wishbone. Front and rear.
"A" arms: Tubular (seamless) steel construction to original drawings with bronze bushes and spherical and rod end bearings. Powder coated.
Uprights: To original specification. New manufactured, CNC machined.
Hubs: To original specification for fitment of (6) peg drive wheels with Tri Spinner centre nut.
Dampers: ATR inverted Coil over spring type with adjustment for ride height and damping.
Wheels: 15" one piece aluminium Halibrand replica peg drive knock - on.
Tyres: Avon CR6ZZ 275/55/15 rear and 225/65/15 front.
Brakes : Original spec reproduction Girling ORA and CR calipers
Original triple remote brake and clutch reservoirs.
Master cylinders are dual with balance bar (none adjustable (as original cars)).
Original type pedals and pedal pads.
Steering: original spec. Rack and pinion with Moto-Lita 15" wood rim (split spoke) steering wheel.
Cooling: High performance aluminium 3" core radiator with Spal 16" fan.
Mocal 19 row oil cooler with all original plumbing and stainless steel braided hoses with anodised aluminium Aeroquip fittings.
Fuel system: 26 gallon fully baffled aluminium fuel tank. 42 gallon endurance tank optional.
Roll over bar: polished stainless steel, single width with rear brace. (Powder coating optional)
Exhaust system: Tubular headers and original pattern side pipes in stainless steel. Fully re - packable. 3" internals.
Instruments: Smiths original spec. mechanical, Cobra gauges.
Electrics: Original pattern loom with additional wiring to meet current lighting and instrument regulations. Original style relays and fuse box etc.
Switches: original type flick and rotary switches.
Trim: Leather trimmed tubular steel frame seats. Leather trimmed aluminium dashboard. Leather bound carpets.
Engine: Ford FE Series 452ci (7.4L).
Built on a "Seasoned" block with all new internals with stroker crank and all new ancillaries. Including Edelbrock performance aluminium cylinder heads and intake manifold. Holley 4 barrel carburettor. Turkey pan cold air intake, remote oil filter housing.
Horsepower and Torque in excess of 450/500
Transmission: Std:- Tremec TKO600 5 speed.
(4 speed Ford Top Loader optional)
Differential: Original spec Salisbury 4HU (4 Bolt).
FIA/HTP compliant cast iron.
